This License document governs the use, distribution, and modification of the Xona platform, its software components, APIs, and associated materials. It is designed to ensure transparency, protect intellectual property, and define the rights and responsibilities of all parties.
By accessing or using the Xona platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License.
1. License Type
The Xona platform and all associated proprietary software are provided under a Proprietary License. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Xona.
Certain open-source components used within the platform are subject to their own respective licenses (see Section 5).
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this License, Xona grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Xona platform for personal or commercial purposes
- Interact with Xona APIs and services as documented
- Integrate Xona's public APIs into your own applications, subject to our API Terms
This license does not grant you rights to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Xona platform or its proprietary codebase.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute proprietary source code or design assets
- Use the platform to build a competing product or service
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, watermarks, or attribution
- Use automated scrapers or bots to extract platform data without written permission
- Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the platform to third parties
4. API Usage
Access to the Xona API is subject to the following conditions:
- You must authenticate all API requests with a valid API key issued by Xona
- API keys may not be shared, resold, or used by unauthorized parties
- Rate limits apply to maintain service quality for all users
- Xona reserves the right to revoke API access in cases of abuse or policy violations
Developers integrating with the Xona API must attribute Xona appropriately in their product documentation or UI where required.
5. Open Source Components
Xona is built in part on open-source technologies. These components retain their own licenses and are not covered by this proprietary license. Key components include:
- Next.js — MIT License
- Solana Web3.js — MIT License
- Privy — Subject to Privy's own Terms of Service
- X402 Protocol — Open Protocol Specification
- Tailwind CSS — MIT License

6. Transparency Statement
Xona is committed to operating transparently. In service of this commitment:
- All on-chain transactions are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain
- Payment flows using the X402 protocol are auditable and traceable
- We publish our data practices in our Privacy Policy
- Our Terms and Conditions clearly define user rights and obligations
- We disclose the AI models and third-party services used within the platform
We believe that transparency builds trust, and we strive to be open about how Xona operates.
7. Compliance
Xona operates in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, including:
- Data protection and privacy regulations applicable to our operating jurisdiction
- Anti-money laundering (AML) principles for digital asset transactions
- Content moderation obligations to prevent illegal or harmful material
- Intellectual property laws governing AI-generated content
Users are also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
8. License Updates
Xona reserves the right to update this License at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification.
9. Governing Law
This License is governed by the laws of Indonesia, or the operating jurisdiction of Xona. Any disputes arising from this License shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
